About Us
Hand2Hold is a family run business, we are based in the Middlesbrough area.
We continue to support three local councils, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Council and North Yorkshire Council, as we have since 2016. We have a dedicated team that provide person centre care to all our clients. We strive to uphold wellbeing and quality, whilst maintaining the independence of all our clients and deliver excellent care.
